Donald Trumps comes to London

Donald Trump arrives in the UK tomorrow for a full state visit (with his family in tow). Already he is causing controversy when he appeared to interfere in UK politics by endorsing Boris Johnson as the next Prime Minister, when he has not even been elected leader of the Tory Party yet.

Hi folks I'm having some difficulty understanding what modern disease/accident might be mentioned in this report on casualties from 1843:



In particular I have not been able to determine what is meant by:

Insolatio (would this be sun stroke or similar?)
Emersio (drowning?)
