Mayor wants to out welfare recipients in the newspaper

You think its a good idea? A mayor in Maine wants to publish the names of the 500 welfare recipients in his home town. The Fox reported noted his town had a large Somali population and asked if that's who he was talking about. He said no he was talking about local residents He has the greatest respect for Somalis etc.. Anyways he keeps sending proposals to the capitol and nothing happens. Anyways he is up for reelection.
