It is now a Cat 3.
Some models have it going out to sea, some have it hitting around DC/Baltimore.
If one were to average out those the eastward/sea tracks and the Chesapeake Bay tracks, landfall is Long Island.
Does it work that way?
Also, remember what Sandy did a few years back?
