Win 7 - the "mini preview" on taskbar rollover

Yknow how when you rollover the taskbar at the bottom and it gives you that little miniature view of whatever it is you have minimized? Can that POS thing be turned off because I hate it with a passion - didn't find anything in control panel etc.
