I'm sure this has been discussed, but, I hope we could have a single thread where we could have a discussion and post articles and what not.


As far as I know, the question of, "Does having an American mother, even though he was born in Canada, make him 'natural born'?"

So...uh...discuss? Help? Has the question been answered?
