...and the king/still reigning champ of bad customer service is...

Long infamous for some of the worst customer service ever, I present their latest brilliance. I couldn't connect with my cell phone to add minutes to my account, so I tried to log in online. When I had (apparently) not remembered my password correctly, I was directed here:

..and it's the SAME login page. Oh, except it says "Forgot Password" in the upper right, I guess so you know they didn't simply re-direct you to the wrong page, they actually want you to enter your password so they can send you your password.



Congrats champs, you haven't lost your touch!
