Julien Blanc - the sort of publicity money can't buy

ABC Australia: Julien Blanc, self-described pick-up artist who promotes choking women, leaves Australia and has visa cancelled



Even without the disturbing "choking" thing (which didn't work for Charles Saatchi, either), this guy sounds a right knob, to the degree that Tom Cruise's character in Magnolia keeps springing to mind. That said, he's been handed unbuyable publicity ammunition when it comes to tarting his sad schtick back in the Home of the Free, so I guess everyone's a winner.



Presumably in the name of even-handedness, Australian authorities will be banning this book next...
