What percentage of world trade is covered by bilateral trade agreements?

In the light of Brexit, the issue of trade agreements is a hot topic. I heard a figure during the debates ( but can't remember it), so if anyone knows how much trade is done within (and therefore, without) international bilateral trade deals, it would be useful to know. Thanks.
