Democrats lose memory on Cloture votes.

Before 1917, there was no way to vote to end debate in the Senate.

Any one Senator could keep yapping all day long, for months if they like, to prevent a vote on a bill.

Then the Democrats ended this in 1917 by allowing 66 Senators to vote to end debate.

They reduced this again in 1965 to 60 Senators. Then in 2013 they reduced it again to 50 votes for Appeals Court nominees.

GOP just reduced it to 50 votes for Supreme Court nominees.

Life shall go on and the Sun shall rise again.
