New Biggest Bird

A 25 million year old fossil discovered 30 years ago has been found to be a new species of bird. And it's a big bird. A very big bird. The biggest flying bird ever (known) to have existed in fact.

According to the article, it would have had trouble taking off or staying in the air by flapping, so I would assume it was a glider like the Albatross. Hopefully, a full paper or article will be online soon. As an enthusiastic amateur in the realm of zoology/biology/whatever, I am rather keen to read about it's morphology - specifically, whether or not it has the 'shoulder lock' that is so useful to the Albatross and the Petrel.
