A question for English scholars

I'm currently learning a foreign language online and a discussion of one of the questions has people insisting that "Has anyone a jacket?" is a perfectly acceptable English sentence, especially in the UK. Well, I'm from the UK and it sounds completely wrong to me. "Does anyone have a jacket?" or "Has anyone got a jacket?" or even "Anyone have a jacket?" all sound right, but not "Has anyone a jacket?" Googling the phrase brings up very few hits.

Also, one poster is claiming that "Has anyone got a jacket" is actually grammatically incorrect. And she appears to be an English teacher (and the fact that she talks about marking essays from students, rather than marking homework from pupils makes me suspect that it's at college/university).

Can anybody more educated than I in the wiles of the English language shed any light on this?
