FBI arrests boss of company who spilled toxic chemicals in river

So this happened in West Virginia and the river in question provided drinking water to 300,000 people. The chemical that spilled into the river is used to wash coal.



The FBI says that he lied about his role in the company to protect his personal fortune from lawsuits.
