What is the fundamental property of time: relative or absolute?

Based on the postulates and the experiments with clocks in relativity, we all would agree that the fundamental property of time is relative.



But, scientists claim that there is a fixed amount of time since a socalled BigBang. This idea suggests that the fundamental property of time is absolute.



What do you think: absolute or relative?
