Just trying to find out how long a citizen (or a group) has to file a complaint/lawsuit against a town in a civil matter. I've searched and seen mention of 6 years, but I want to confirm that. A group in my town opposed a decision by a town employee, a decision upheld by the board they appealed the decision to. I'm wondering how long my town has to worry that this will be dragged into court?
