How long will modern burial last?

I have my burial all bought and paid for. Cheap casket, vault and marker. Looking over the huge cemetary and watching the encrouchment of the various communities how long will it take before the people who are around us feel that this large amount of property could be used for something more important?

The cemetary is well over one hundred years old already.
