Vladimir Putin says he's going to unleash Hell on ISIS

In response to the downing of the jetliner in Egypt Russia says that since ISIS said they were responsible and since there is evidence that ISIS planted a bmb that ISIS would suffer severe consequences.

What do you guys thinks actually going to happen? A few feel good bombs or actual havok on ISIS? Also is this a good thing?
