Recommend me a good Free Program to clean Cache on my Mac

Someone had mentioned in the other thread "Mccleaner", but it is not free (And if it is, I haven't found where's the "free version". The only downloadble version on their website requires you to pay to use it), so I'm looking for free alternatives. I really don't think I will need to clean my cache more than twice per year, so it doesn't make sense to me to pay for a year subscription.

So what cache cleaning programs do you use and what has your experience been with it?
