Who can see my replies to Facebook "questions"?

Facebook has a function called "Ask a question", usually with picks (akin to polls at forums like this one).



If I "answered" such a question stated in a Facebook group (the queastion was stated to the group), who (except those in the group) can see my reply? Would it appear in the newsfeed, for example?
