Isn't this section of the forum, not about undeceiving people but deceiving them? In other words isn't business, magic tricks about deluding others into buying things that they may not actually need? :jaw-dropp
In the days of witchcraft this would be called 'glamour.' You cannot attack mediums on the one hand for trying to pull a fast one on other people, then do the same here without being called a hypocrite can you as you're using the same weapons to delude others? Advertising does this. PR does this in their 'cosmetic' treatment of the truth, sometimes going as far at to appear scientific when they are not?:eek:
I was in two selling jobs in the past and failed at both. I have intellectual property ideas that are gathering cobwebs in my mind because I find it hard to lie and therefore fall at the first hurdle, when trying to get investors interested. Am I failed snake oil salesman and are you lot better at it?:boxedin:Seems so:confused:
