'Safe Harbour' agreement ruled inadequate.

The European Court of Justice has ruleD that the so-called 'Safe Harbour' arrangement that allowed technology companies transfer personal date from the protection of the EU to the United States is invalid. The courts stated that the agreement does not eliminate the jurisdiction of, or need for, government agencies within the EU to monitor US companies take adequate data protection measures.

Well this is going to get interesting. :D
