OCR that allows you to edit files as HTML.

I have Finereader 12 and it will save formatted text as HTML but you can't do centering, blocking, etc., in the program. This puts an extra program between the original text and the HTML version.

Anybody know of an OCR program that does allow HTML markup in the original processing page?
