If you Could Observe a Quantum State Without Affecting It

So let's say we discover this way to observe states/positions of particles without affecting them. Would that mean we could avoid theories like the Copenhagen Interpretation or the Many Worlds Interpretation to explain what's going on? Or is there more to the story than just that fact that we can't observe a quantum state without disturbing it?
