Police pepper spray young man in own home

A young man came home only to have the police show up and pepper spray him.

Seems a neighbor called the police claiming someone was breaking into the house. The police didn't believe the man's claim that he lived there. No charges filed. it is too much to think that the police might be facing charges of their own?
