A Fox News panel seems to think young people don't know the issues and vote mostly for laws that allow them to get high or drunk more.

Strangely most young people I know who vote spend quite a bit of time researching things. My first election was 1996 where I voted for Bill Clinton and against a bunch of state propositions that wanted to grant tax breaks to the rich. I watched all the debates and didn't think Dole was that bad but Clinton had been doing a good job so there didn't seem to be a need to change horses.
So, what do you think? Should we restrict voting to older people?
