Help with electronic components

Warning: Total newbie ahead.

Recently (very) I've taken an interest in electronics and for the time being I'm just trying to identify components on PCBs and perhaps find out which of them have failed. So I'm looking at this non-working car lighter adapter with a USB port. I don't aspire to fix it, I just want to know what all the bits are. I can find the basic ones (capacitors, transformer, resistors, zener diode, fuse, integrated circuit) but I'm a little perplexed by a few things:

To the right of the first picture, the red arrow points to the (user-replaceable) fuse (blurred) labeled as F1 (only the "1" is visible).

On the opposite site of the board, the red arrow points to another component labeled as "F2", from which I gather it is also a fuse. But where is the fuse and how can it be tested ? Does it have to do anything with the Q1, which I assume is the black bit and it's a transistor ?

Also, what is the "P100" to the right of the F2 ?
