Anyone get this and know how to stop? They suddenly appeared the other day, not sure how/why. Blank, untitled icons. I can select and "delete" but if I refresh (F5) they pop right back up, and "deleted" ones aren't in the recycle bin. When I right-click I only have Cut, Create Shortcut, and Delete options, nothing else. They don't appear to be doing any harm but I'm suspicious. I don't see anything odd running in Task Manager/Details. Malwarebytes didn't turn up anything.
